Harmony Workshop Series

Harmony Charlotte presents four workshops tailored for individuals who want to manage anxiety, improve wellness, and enhance interactions with others.

What?

On average, we breathe over 20,000 times a day without much consideration. How we breathe during stressful moments, physical activity, or conversations can influence our long-term health. This workshop series will cover practical methods for bringing awareness to your breath in different situations.

Workshop 1: Breathwork and Meditation

Breathwork and meditation can help reduce stress and improve overall well-being by promoting relaxation and emotional balance. Additionally, these practices can enhance focus and clarity, making them valuable personal and professional growth tools.

Workshop 2: Breathwork and Wellness

Incorporating breathwork into movement promotes better body awareness and efficient movement patterns. Understanding how our body systems work with our preferred wellness activities helps us feel more confident as we enjoy our participation.

Workshop 3: Projecting Confidence

What you say and how you say it helps you gain others’ confidence. Maintaining a clear, steady tone at the appropriate volume conveys assurance and authority. Awareness of breathing patterns can help you manage perceptions, making you appear credible and self-assured.

Workshop 4: Rejuvenation Tactics

Laughing rejuvenates you by releasing the body’s natural feel-good chemicals to boost your mood and reduce stress instantly. It also promotes relaxation for an overall sense of well-being.
